These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Unfog application ("App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Unfog provides a digital platform to organize routines, tasks, and goals. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Unfog may offer premium features available via auto-renewing subscriptions.

• Payments will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase.
• All refunds and billing disputes are handled entirely by Apple or Google. We do not have the ability to issue direct refunds for app store purchases.

3. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the App is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the App's reliability, accuracy, or suitability for your specific productivity needs. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these Terms.
